So, it turns out that sleep is good for you.

i havent been sleeping so well of late, i dont know if i've mentioned it before? but i thought i was escaping all side effects of getting far less sleep than i should.
however.
it would appear that it's finally catching up with me.
i have a headache and my eyes hurt.
not good.
i have to get up at 6! tomorrow (sucks to be me) to go to training in Nottingham.
so i figure that from now on, sleep should go up on my list of priorities, although saying this, it probably still wont.
i can only hope that i dont randomly fall asleep on any busses or trains and end up in Edinburgh or anything.
